FOXALL, WILLIAM E. “BILL” of Clarkston, passed away September 1, 2023 at 85 years of age. Loving husband of Permilla (née Bell) for 10 years; dear father of Dawn (Richard) Kelley, Stephen (the late Tammy) Foxall, David (Bonnie) Foxall,  and Susan (Matthew) Bingham; grandfather of Nicole (Ryan), Erik (Jessica), Kyle (Leeda), Ellen (Lee), Peter, Emma, Ashton (Siu), Spencer, Ellie, Sophie, Josie, and Jack; great grandfather of 11 with one on the way; brother of Carol Johnson; preceded in death by the mother of his children Darlene Foxall. Bill attended U of M and Wayne State University and was a program analyst for GM at the Warren Tech Center and retired in 1995. Bill loved his job, but he also enjoyed his free time. He was a musical prodigy at the age of 3 with the gift of perfect pitch. He played piano and trombone playing with groups that included, Ray Orsett Group, Heart of the Hills Players, and recently the Waterford New Horizons Band. He was a member of the Spyder Lovers of Michigan.  A simple man with a positive outlook on life, kind and pure of heart, Bill loved and supported his children and grandchildren in all their endeavors, telling them always, “don’t be afraid to try and don’t be afraid to fail”.
