Todd Michael Joyce

JOYCE, TODD MICHAEL, age 60, of Clarkston Michigan, passed away on Friday, November 10, 2023. He was born on May 25th, 1963, in Pontiac to the late Robert Thomas Joyce and Ida Mae McGhee. Upon graduating from Clarkston high school, Todd married the love of his life Brenda and together they raised 3 children. Todd and Brenda spent 45 wonderful years together filled with love and laughter. He loved his work as a carpenter and owned his own construction company. Todd enjoyed anything to do with Michigan professional sports, he especially loved to tailgate and attend Lions games with his family. He was a big man in stature but had a soft heart and could embrace any joke on his behalf with a huge smile on his face. He adored his grandchildren and played with them as if he was a little kid as well. He will be deeply missed by all who have had the privilege of knowing him. Todd is survived by his wife Brenda Renae Joyce (Young); children: Brian (Gwendolyn) Joyce, Brent (Fiancé Ashleigh) Joyce, and Tyler Joyce; grandchildren: Barrett and Ava Joyce; siblings: Terrie (Dan) Ambroso, Thomas (Evelyn) Joyce, Kelly Gilchrist-Sherk, and Laurie Riley; in-laws: the late Helen Patricia Young, Robert (Phyllis) Young, Debbie (David) Alexander, Gary (Jennifer) Young and many nephews and a niece. A celebration of life gathering (luncheon) will take place from 12-4 PM on Saturday, November 18, 2023, at BUCKSHOTS BAR & GRILL (7048 Gateway Park Dr, Clarkston).  Those desiring to attend please wear your favorite sports team attire.
