Suzanne Carol (Welch) Reynolds

REYNOLDS, SUZANNE C., of Waterford, passed away, July 4, 2026 at 88 years of age. Born in Pontiac, Michigan, on July 24, 1937, the daughter of the late Carroll and Hester Welch. She married her beloved husband of 65 years Glenn A. Reynolds on April 17, 1954 in Pontiac, Michigan. She is the loving mother of the late Teresa (Leo) Garcia, Lynette (Raymond Lundsten) Reynolds-Smith, Shelly (the late Gregory) Holtquist, Laine (Deborah) Reynolds and Carri McNelis; proud grandmother of Mark (Melissa) Garcia, Katie Garcia, Ben Holtquist, Zach Holtquist, Chris (Leanne) Reynolds, Scott (Chelsey) Reynolds and Austin Reynolds; great grandmother of Hazel, Avery, Maya, Emersyn, and Henley. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family. Preceded in death by her late sister Norma (the late Jim) Younger, her brother-in-law’s, the late Floyd (the late Carol) and the late Roger (the late Sharon) Reynolds. Suzanne graduated from Waterford Township High School Class of 1955. She worked in the medical field as a bookkeeper for many years. Suzanne had many hobbies, including playing cards, staying active in the Red Hatters club, and making time for her Kindergarten Lunch group for brunch, after 70 years of friendship, but the one thing in life that gave her the most enjoyment was keeping up with all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and being a part of their activities.

A visitation will be held on Monday, July 13, 2026 at COATS FUNERAL HOME - WATERFORD from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM. The service will take place on Monday, July 13, 2026 at COATS FUNERAL HOME - WATERFORD at 12:00 PM with the burial following the service at Crescent Hills Cemetery.
