Shirley May Banks

Shirley May Banks of Independence Township passed away on August 8, 2025, at the age of 83. She was born on April 14, 1942, to Alpha and Florence (née Campbell) Cuthrell. A lifelong resident of Oakland County, Shirley graduated from Lake Orion High School.

She is survived by her sons, Ted Bryan (Vicki) and Anthony Dean (Anita); grandchildren, Matt, Drew, Marisa, Pierce, Hani, and Noor; seven great-grandchildren; and brothers, Bob and Marvin Cuthrell.
