Richard Gene Dolph II

DOLPH, RICHARD G. II of Waterford, passed away July 21, 2024 at 71 years of age. Loving husband of Deborah for 49 years; dear father of Richard G. Dolph III; grandfather of Sage Kerver; preceded in death by his parents Elmer Teeples and Betty Stevens. Richard was born in Kalamazoo and married his wife Deborah in 1975. He and Deborah lived and raised their family in Waterford. Richard retired from GM Truck & Bus in 2004 after 31 years of service. He had a great sense of humor, especially “shop humor” and enjoyed bowling, fishing and golfing. He was a bit of a homebody who enjoyed watching TV. He will be dearly missed by his loving family. A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 27, 2024 at 1 PM at COATS FUNERAL HOME-WATERFORD. Family will receive friends Saturday 11 AM until time of service. Private burial will take place at White Chapel Cemetery, Troy.
