Phyllis Myra Walker, of White Lake, Michigan, passed away peacefully on July 8, 2026, at the age of 81.
Born on June 21, 1945, in Pontiac, Michigan, Phyllis was the beloved daughter of David and Winifred Stokes.
She is lovingly remembered by her son, Matthew Veen of Cass City, Michigan; her daughters, Sheila (Kurt) Olsen of Waterford, Michigan, and Crystal (David) Coffey of Holly, Michigan; and her sister, Gloria Kincaid of Auburn Hills, Michigan. She also leaves behind many cherished stepchildren, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever hold her memory close.

Phyllis found joy in life's simple pleasures. She loved playing cards, trying her luck at the lottery, bowling, and cheering on the Detroit Tigers. Among family and friends, she was affectionately known as the best no-bake cookie maker, a title she proudly earned through years of sharing her delicious treats with those she loved. Her warm heart, sense of humor, and the memories she created around the kitchen table will be treasured always.

She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
