Patricia Louise (Koenig) Pagac

PATRICIA L. PAGAC of Lake Angelus, passed away February 4, 2026 at 79 years of age. She was a devoted mother and grandmother whose life was defined by love, humor, sacrifice, and quiet strength. She raised her seven children as a single mother, enduring years of hardship while never wavering in her devotion to her family. For nearly fifty years, she dedicated her life to caring for her daughter with cerebral palsy, providing constant hands on care every day from birth until her own passing. She carried these responsibilities, as she did everything, with resilience, dignity, and deep compassion, never seeking recognition and never giving up. A hard worker and a natural caregiver, she always put her children first. Though private by nature, those who knew her understood her warmth, her steady determination, and the unconditional way she accepted people exactly as they were.

She is survived by her children: Christine Pagac, Richard Pagac Jr, John Pagac, Daniel Pagac, Matthew Pagac (Laura), David Pagac (Michael), and Victoria Pagac. She is also survived by her grandchildren, listed in order of age: Cassandra Pagac, Brittany Pagac, John Pagac, Jr., Natalie Pagac, Henry Pagac, and James Pagac. She is also survived by her sister, Charleen Kiser (Deloy), and her beloved dog, Lily.

She was preceded in death by her siblings Phyllis Krueger (Lester), Sharon Shoemaker (Wayne), and her brother Darrell Koenig (Carole).
