Noe Alba Cruz

Noe Alba Cruz of Waterford formerly of Emiliano Zapata, Morelos Mexico passed away on March 8, 2026. Noe was born to Filemon and the Late Teresa on February 22, 1966 in Emiliano Zapata. Dear Husband to Lilly and former Husband to Shari. Noe was the proud Father of two sons, Daniel and Adrian, three step children Nickole, Mario and Andy, Grandfather to Cadence and Father figure to Jorge and many others. Noe had a special bond to his siblings Virginia, Felipe, Saul and Enrique their spouses as well as many nieces and nephews. Noe was a skilled tradesman, who passed his art, knowledge and skills to his two sons. He loved his many home improvement projects with his boys and with his former employer Diverno Remodeling and Construction. He spent many years working for Josh who was more than a boss but a dear friend. Noe was a religious man who always held the church and family close, he loved traveling and realized his life long dream of traveling to visit the birthplace of Jesus. Noe will be laid to rest in his home town of Emiliano Zapata surrounded by his loving family and friends.
