Michael Paul Katchka

KATCHKA, MICHAEL PAUL, age 69, of Oxford, passed away August 6, 2024. He was born on November 12, 1954, in Pontiac, Michigan, son to the late Barron and Doris Katchaka (nee Baal). Loving husband of Kathy for 42 wonderful years; dear father of Robert (Kelly) Katchka, and Case Katchka; proud grandfather of Madelyn, Annabelle, Finley, Gavin, Sloane, Stella and Asher; loving brother of Lisa (Don), Marke and Sam. Michael worked as an electrical engineer for General Motors for 33 and a half years. In his spare time, he enjoyed boating, tinkering with his tractors but cherished time with his family above all. Memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 15, 2024, 1:00 PM at Coats Funeral Home-Waterford. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 11:00 AM until the time of service.
