Mary Margaret Scodellaro

Mary Margaret Scodellaro (McCormick), Age 69 of Garden City Michigan, passed away on May 30,2022 of health complications.   Mary was born April 15, 1953, in Pontiac Michigan, the daughter of Ronald and Ruth Ann (Talbot) McCormick.

Mary loved nature and gardening and had a unique ability to communicate with animals.  She loved sports and gentle competitions and participated in soft ball, bowling and golf leagues.   She loved riding her dune buggy, sitting around campfires, canoeing and playing cards.   Mary had a heart of compassions for taking care of others – from siblings, parents, nieces, grandchildren to babysitting pets and nephews.  One could always count on her assistance. She was a gift to many.

Remaining to cherish Mary’s memory are Gary Scodellaro, spouse, Brian (Jennifer) McCormick, son, Jennifer McCormick, daughter, Taylor, Gavin and Mason McCormick, grandchildren, Ronald McCormick, brother, nieces, grand nephews and grandniece.  She is also survived by many friends and members of her spouse’s family.

Preceding Mary in death are Ronald and Ruth Ann, parents, Patrica Gloss, sister.
