ATKINS, LINDA L. of Holly, passed away November 6, 2024 at 76 years of age. Loving wife of Richard “Dick” Atkins for 59 years; cherished mother of Curt (Kerry) Atkins, Melissa (Bob) Caspers, and the late Mary Dawn Almas; grandmother of 9; great grandmother of 16; sister of Sandy Robertson, Trina (Scott) Ballard, and her twin the late Brenda (the late Jim) Beach. Linda retired from GM in 2007 after 30 years of service. A wonderful wife and mother, she enjoyed Bingo, trips up north to the cottage, and can’t forget the casinos. A highly trained shopper, Linda was always looking and negotiating a bargain or deal, an art form her mother taught her. Most importantly, Linda’s family, especially time with her grandchildren, was everything to her as she was to them. She will be dearly loved and missed forever. Funeral service will be Friday, November 8, 2024 at 1 PM at COATS FUNERAL HOME-CLARKSTON. Procession follows to Ottawa Park Cemetery, Clarkston. Family will receive friends Friday 11 AM until time of service. Memorial donations may be made to Parkinson’s Foundation or Alzheimer’s Association.
