Kenneth D. Moore passed peacefully on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family in Clarkston at the age of 85.
Beloved husband of Patricia “Pat” Moore for 64 wonderful years, Kenneth was a devoted and loving family man. He was the cherished father of Sheila (Kevin) Raymond, Terry (Laura) Moore, and Shawn (Jeff) Phelps. He took great pride in his role as grandfather to six and great-grandfather to seven, each of whom brought him immeasurable joy.
Kenneth was the dear brother of Charles (Mary Lou) Moore and was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Mary Moore, and his sister, Helen Biggs.
Kenneth lived a life grounded in faith, community, and simple pleasures. He was actively involved in his church, where he shared his musical gifts as a bass singer. He also had a passion for square dancing, a hobby he enthusiastically enjoyed for over 30 years, forming many lasting friendships along the way.
A dedicated and hardworking man, Kenneth retired from General Motors after 35 years of faithful service.
Visitation will be held at COATS FUNERAL HOME - WATERFORD on Friday, February 20, 2026, from 11:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 PM. Interment will follow at Ottawa Park Cemetery in Clarkston.
