IMBER, KATIE A. of White Lake, joined her heavenly family on April 30, 2025 at 36 years of age. Loving sister of Edmund (Simone) Imber, Agnes (Aaron) Wesche, Philip (Allison) Imber, Christopher (Marisa Blank) Imber, Bridget (Eric) Whipple, and Mary (Erick) King; beloved aunt of Lisa, Dwayne, Alex (Alayna), Louise, Beatrice, Henry, Clayton, Monroe, Eli, Evan, Valerie, and Collin (Elizabeth); great aunt of Wade, and arriving any day, Woody; preceded in death by her loving parents, Donald and Louise (née Jackson) Imber, Jr. and brother Matthew Imber. Katie was a well known barista (aka: Sales Associate) at Adnan Siddiqui’s 7-Eleven. A position she proudly held for almost 10 years. Katie was an active member of Woodside Bible Church, and the Troy Special Needs Ministry (loved the yearly prom). She loved crafting and participating in the many activities Lorraine and Avis put on through White Lake Presbyterian. She was active with Christ Lutheran SCSA and their many events. Katie was an avid crocheter and met weekly with the crochet group at the Waterford Public Library. We cannot forget our KFriends Special Needs Ministry through Kensington Church. So many wonderful opportunities to enjoy her life to the fullest while celebrating the Lord. She will be dearly missed by not only her family, but her many friends, and her beloved cat, Bumble. To help celebrate Katie, colorful attire is appreciated for all of the following events, suits are not welcome. Funeral service will be held Monday, May 5, 2025 at 11 AM at Woodside Bible Church, 9000 Highland Rd, White Lake. Family will receive friends Sunday 3-7 PM at COATS FUNERAL HOME-WATERFORD. Monday 10 AM at church until time of service. Private burial will be held at St. Dominic Catholic Cemetery, Clinton, MI. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Woodside Bible Church (memo: Special Needs Ministry), Christ Lutheran Church (memo: SCSA). To post a tribute, visit www.CoatsFuneralHome.com.
