Henry Cleveland Back

BACK, HENRY C. of Clarkston, surrounded by his loving family went to be with the Lord on July 8, 2024. Loving husband of Diana (née Belisle) for 60 years; dear father of Michael (Carrie) Back and Michelle (Paul) Roe; papa of Kyle, Samantha (Brad), H. (Kirsten), Travis, and Bryce; great papa of Landon, Aria, and Abigail; brother of Mamie, Wayne, Gracie, and Linda; survived by his loving dog, Bella and greeted at the Rainbow Bridge by Buttons. Henry also leaves behind his loving caregiver, Megan Green. Henry was a veteran of the US Army-Vietnam and retired from Pontiac Motor in 1998 after 35 years of service. He was a hardworking man who took pride in his yard and home; enjoyed fishing; and a good game of Dominos, Sorry! or cards. Henry lived a good life and made a good life for his family, and for that he will always be loved and cherished. Funeral service will be Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at 10:30 AM at COATS FUNERAL HOME-CLARKSTON, (8909 Dixie Hwy). Burial follows with military honors at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Family will receive friends Tuesday 4-8 and Wednesday 9:30 AM prior to service.
