Frank Fraquelli III, age 74 of Free Soil, MI formerly of Clawson and Royal Oak, passed on Sunday, May 31, 2026.
Frank graduated from Dondero High School in 1969. He served in the Army and was head Groundskeeper at Royal Oak and Troy Beaumont Hospitals for 29 years.
He moved up North in 1999 for fly fishing and hunting. He became a resident of Free Soil in 2000 and raised champion pointing labs for many years and volunteered for local watershed programs.
He was known for his unsolicited wisecracks and softball skills, (Nick Name Wheels) but was truly quite introspective, keeping daily journals since moving North.
He is survived by his siblings, Susan (David) High, Nancy (Michael) Morse, David (Lynn) Fraquelli, Robert (Mary) Fraquelli and was preceded by his parents, Frank Fraquelli, Jr. and Evelynn Clark Fraquelli Ling.
Closest friends, Patrick and Shannon Gales, Kevin Beebe, Steve Anderson, Matt Vanhoef, A.J. Yost. Dear caregiver Tammi Robbins. 8 nieces and nephews, 10 great nieces and nephews.
