Edna May Sparkman

SPARKMAN, EDNA MAY, age 84, of Waterford, passed away August 23, 2024. She was born on May 3, 1940, In Pontiac, Michigan, daughter of the late Ira and Stella Bedard (nee Kosiba). Loving wife of the late Jim for many years; dear mother of David Sparkman and Alan (the late Mary) Sparkman; proud grandmother of Justin and Jeremy Sparkman; great grandmother of Addy. Edna worked for the Waterford School District for 22 years. In her spare time, she enjoyed crocheting and spending time with her family. Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 30, 2024, 12:00 Noon at Coats Funeral Home-Waterford. The family will receive friends on Friday from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Interment Christian Memorial Cemetery in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Memorial donations in Edna’s name may be made to the American Cancer Society.
