David Carl Parsons

PARSONS, DAVID C. of Pontiac, passed away July 29, 2024 at 71 years of age. Loving husband of the late Anna Parsons for 38 years; cherished father of Tracey Parsons and Magen (Dan) Brabo; grandfather of Braden and Hailey; brother of Darrell Parsons, Robert “Bob” Parsons, the late Gary and Randy Parsons; beloved brother in law of Beryl White, Jackie (Glen) Hyde, the late Amanda (the late Carl) Rutterbush, Josie (Sonny Hill) Hoskins and John Saincome; special friend and companion of Shar Chick. Dave retired from Michigan Nut Production after 40 years of service. He enjoyed life and was an avid sports fan, especially football, the Lions, fantasy football and of course, U of M. Traveling was top on his list and his “happy place” was the Smokey Mountains, as well as, hiking and biking. He was a Facebook fanatic who paid attention to who commented on his posts and how long it took. He loved his family, extended family and his boyish smile will be forever missed.  A celebration of his life will be Saturday, August 10, 2024 from 4-8 PM at COATS FUNERAL HOME-WATERFORD.
