David Erwin Chambers

CHAMBERS, DAVID E. of Waterford, passed away in his sleep on February 3, 2025 at 76 years of age. Born in Bad Axe, Michigan and preceded in death by his loving parents Alger “Bud” and Maudie (née Duggan) Chambers; cherished brother of Nanette (Pete) Palmer and Amy Chambers; uncle of Jared (Meg); great uncle of Liam, Soraya,  and Kya; cousin, like a sister, Jo Ann and her daughter Christin Lueck; and his chosen son Pandit Mami.  David was a veteran of the US Air Force-Vietnam. He was also known as “Friend” and never met a stranger. He was a gifted salesman and could sell anything from real estate to cars because he never met a stranger. David was outgoing and spent time traveling the world, even living in Israel for a time. He was the best big brother who loved the water; an accomplished water skier; as well as skiing the snow covered slopes of Europe. David was a spiritual man; interesting character; and a wonderful role model. His legacy will live on in all those he touched and loved. The best brother ever will always be in our hearts.
