Cheryl Bernadette Sargent

Cheryl Bernadette Sargent, passed away on March 28, 2025, in Rochester, Michigan, at 74 years of age. Cheryl was born on January 20, 1951, in Dowagiac, Michigan, to the late parents Dolph D. Wright and Shirley M. (Donald).

Cheryl is survived by her loving husband, Edwin Sargent Sr. whom she spent many years with; her children, Cristy (Burt) Burchartz, Cynthia (Glenn) Elliston, Edwin (Mary) Sargent Jr., Rosalie (Bryan) Laursen, and Angie Jackson; her beloved son-in-law, Daniel; and her cherished siblings, Kelley (the late Robert) Pincombe, David (Debi) Wright, and Debbie (Jon) Atwater. She will also be deeply missed by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her precious daughter, Starr Hannah; and her sister & brother in law Deena & John Randolph

Cheryl had a love for all things whimsical, spiritual, and nurturing. She had a deep appreciation for her cats, and she enjoyed reading and expanding her knowledge, always seeking new experiences and learning about the world around her. Cheryl was particularly drawn to new age practices, which brought her a sense of peace and fulfillment.

Above all, Cheryl was always ready to offer love, comfort, and encouragement. Her kindness will be remembered by all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Cheryl's light will continue to shine in the hearts of those she leaves behind, and her memory will forever be cherished.
