Charlene Mae Dicer (Bishop) was born on March 20, 1942, in Wayne, Michigan to Charles Bolivard Bishop and Margaret Evelynn Bush. She departed this world on January 27, 2025. Charlene graduated from Romulus High School in 1960 and went on to serve in the United States Air Force earning the rank of Airmen Second Class before her honorable discharge in 1960. She married Maurice William Dicer on October 21, 1978, and they were happily married for over 40 years. Charlene and Maurice were faithful members of Shalom Baptist Church in Orion, Michigan for over 30 years. Charlene was preceded in death by her husband Maurice, her brother, and one sister. She is survived by one sibling, Elizabeth Ballard of Illinois. Charlene will be laid to rest at the Sunset Memorial Garden Cemetery.
