Carol Marie Nichols

NICHOLS, CAROL MARIE, of Waterford, passed away on Thursday, October 26, 2023, at 84 years old. Carol was born on May 19, 1939, in Pontiac, MI to parents Joseph and Virginia (Eldridge) Riharb. Carol was a graduate of Pontiac Central High School. Carol worked at Rigley Supermarket and later worked as a lunchroom monitor for many years at Waterford Schools. Carol loved art, especially ceramics and calligraphy. In her spare time, she loved to collect Hallmark ornaments. Carol will be remembered as a loving and giving person who would do anything to help anyone. Proud wife of the Jerry Nichols for over 66 years; siblings Dennis (Gail) Janczarek, Johanna Riharb, Edye Riharb, Peggie (Dwayne) Warren, Cathy (Ray) Wagner, and Michael (Sharon) Riharb; Cherished aunt of Michelle (Joseph) Nichols-Gattari, Michelle (Marty) Volkler, Lisa Riharb, Kenneth (Jennifer) Janczarek, and Charles (Kelly) Janczarek. A visitation will be held at 10 AM on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at COATS FUNERAL HOME-WATERFORD (3141 Sashabaw). Funeral service at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Carols name to the National Kidney Foundation.
