CADD, WILMER LEE, age 61, of Pontiac, passed away December 12, 2020. He was born on July 13, 1959 in Logan, West Virginia to parents Oakley E. Sr. and Essie Hazel Cadd (nee Hoscher); beloved husband of the late Patricia Cadd (nee Rush); proud father of Adam L. (Tim Burger) Cadd; dearest brother of Hazel L. Cadd (Charles), Oakley (Monika) Cadd Jr., Willard A. Cadd, and Karen (Gordan) Fleischmann; loving uncle, cousin and friend to many. Wilmer proudly served his country as an Operations Specialist in the United States Navy on the USS MCCLUSKY out of San Diego, California. He was a hard worker and retired from the Pontiac school board as the head custodial engineer. Throughout his life, Wilmer enjoyed model airplanes, traveling and gambling at the casino. He was a gifted pool player and bowler for which he won many awards. Anyone who had the privilege of knowing him will miss his good sense of humor. Kindly keep Wilmer and his family in your thoughts and prayers during this time. A memorial service will take place at a later date.
