WILLIAMS, WILLIAM R. "BILL" of Holly, MI passed away under hospice care in his home on August 22, 2022 at 65 years of age. Loving husband of Diane (nee McAdams) for 45 years; dear father of Christina (Michael) Harding and Carrie Williams; grandfather of Tyler, Ethan, and Isabella Harding; brother of Tim (Linda) Williams; uncle of Evan (Jen) Williams and Connor (Jenny) Williams; son in law of Karen McAdams; brother in law of John (Cindy) McAdams, Sandra (Craig) West. Also survived by an additional, 3 nephews, 5 nieces, and 11 great nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Kathryn Williams, and brother Steve Williams. Bill was born April 10, 1957 and was a 1975 graduate of Waterford Mott High School. An electrician by trade, Bill retired from Mopar in 2018. He was also a licensed heating/cooling contractor and owned his own business for many years. During his lifetime, Bill built three homes, the last one was he and Diane's retirement home. He loved spending time with family and friends; hunting; fishing; golfing; bowling; and just hanging out. Bill will always be remembered for his sense of humor and ability to pull off epic pranks. He loved to entertain and was always available to help others. Bill truly had a zest for life that will be missed by all who loved him. Funeral service will be Saturday, August 27, 2022 at 2 PM at  COATS FUNERAL HOME-CLARKSTON. Family will receive friends Friday from 4-8 PM. Memorials may be made to National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation.
