KLAUS, WILLIAM FRANCIS, age 88, of Grand Blanc, formerly of Waterford, passed away March 15, 2022. He was born on March 12, 1934, in Rensselaer, Indiana, son to the late Joseph and Ilo Klaus (nee Jordan). Loving husband of the late Charmaine; dear father of Kathy (Michael Ford) Klaus, the late Adrienne (Philip) Keranen, the late William (the late Janice) Klaus and the late Karl Klaus; proud grandfather of 12, great grandfather of 12; brother of Rose (the late Marvin) Nesius, Trish (Dale) Hamacker and the late Joseph (Kate) Klaus. William served in the United States Army for 21 years. In his spare time, he enjoyed reading, writing, Hunting, Civil War reenactments and exercising his 2nd amendment rights. Most of all, William loved his family. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, March 25, 2022, 12:00 Noon at COATS FUNERAL HOME- CLARKSTON, 8909 Dixie Highway. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Interment Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan.
