Beloved husband of JOY; Arial; " l/oving father of Gwen Kittell, Kathy Hartley, William Francis Hartley III, Krisstopher Schliskey and Toney Schliskey; brother of Judy Day, John Hartley, Alfred Hartley and Thomas Hartley; grandfather of 10 and great grandfather of 3. Bill fought the good fight for the past year and because of the skill and dedication of the doctors and nurses at University of Michigan and St. Joseph Mercy Hospitals; he was able to live an extra year. Bill was loved by so many and will be dearly missed by his family and his faithful companion Sydney. Special thanks to Dr. Okka for giving Bill an extra 10 years of life./
