CAREY, WILLIAM ROBERT of White Lake, passed away June 1, 2020. William was born May 15, 1957 in Pontiac, Michigan to Marvin and the late Carolyn Carey (nee Schneider); loving brother of Laurie (David) Dougherty, the late Debra Carey and the late Mark Carey; proud uncle of Nicole (Chris) Sauerwald; great uncle of Temperance, Jonah and Elijah. William worked for Cranbrook for over 41 years. In his spare time he enjoyed hunting, writing poetry, music and painting. He was a very generous person and will be missed by all who knew him. Masks are required and we are adhering to 10 persons in the chapel at a time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
