BOX, WILLIAM "BILL," of Davisburg, MI, passed away January 7, 2021 at 76 years old. He was born September 4, 1944 in St. Louis, Missouri ( raised in Paragould, Arkansas). He is preceded in death and reunited in heaven by loving parents John and Anlee Box, and sisters Carol Masluk, Judy Box, and brother James Box. He is the cherished father of son Brent Box, and Daughter Autumn Box. A proud grandfather of Kelcey (Jose) Box-Verdin, Jordan Box, and Brittany Box ( Dominick Howard), and great grandfather to Levi Howard. Dearest brother of Ruth Copeland, Patty (Larry) Box Mesnard, Donnie Box, Robin Stewart and Sheila (James) Box Ewald. Also many nieces, nephews and cousins. Bill was a retired skilled tradesman who proudly worked for GM of Pontiac, MI parts division, for over 36 years. His greatest passion in life was serving God and loving his family. Bill loved to travel and was well traveled. He was a passionate lifelong fan of the Detroit Lions. You could almost always find him with a book in his hands. He passed that love for books down to his children. Bill's welcoming smile, joking nature, and loving heart will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
