" Arial;"of Waterford, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, November 16, 2014 at 89 years of age. Beloved husband of Marie for 68 years; loving father of David Kurtz, Vicki (Ron) Boyd, Terry (Dennis) Yates, Dean (Tara) Kurtz, Bill (Teresa) Kurtz Jr. and Kimberly Kurtz; dearest grandfather of Dave Jr., Eric, Heather, Heath, Hannah, Alexander, Noah, Billy III and Kalli; great grandfather of 11. Mr. Kurtz retired from General Motors after 40 years of service. He was a Combat Veteran with the US Navy serving during WWII. Bill loved U of M sports where he volunteered with the boosters. He helped start the Waterford Kettering Boosters and also coached their Junior Varsity and Little League Baseball. Bill accomplished many things but most important was his salvation and relationship with his Lord.
