William Raymond "Bill" Auquier, 72,  of Clarkston, Mich., died Sept.  8, 2022, at Henry Ford Hospital in West Bloomfield Township.

Born Aug. 24, 1950, Bill was the son of the late Lawrence and Patricia, née  McFarlin, Auquier. Bill worked for General Motors for more than 30 years before retiring. He was a member of Michigan Association of Professional Santas and sang bass for the Big Chief Chorus. He married Bonnie Bain in 1995. She preceded him in death in March of this year. Survivors include his children,  David (Nicolle) Auquier, Heather (Gus Pearcy) Auquier, Sherry Martin and Paula (Richard) Leep. His surviving sisters are Janice Rohrbeck and Nancy O'Shea. Bill had eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by both parents, and his sister, Kathleen Auquier. Bill and Bonnie will be interred at The Preserve at All Saints Cemetery. A Celebration of Life for both will take place on Sunday, Oct. 23 at 1 p.m. at The Fountains Golf and Banquet Center, 6060 Maybee Rd., Clarkston, Mich.
