BERDEN, WILLIAM D. "BILL" of Clarkston, passed away surrounded by his family on January 9, 2025 at 66 years of age. Loving husband of Jill (née Findlay) for 42 years; dear father of Breana Purdy and Kyla (Brian) Stogsdill; cherished Poppy of Alayna, Dean, Palmer, and another on the way; brother of the late James Berden, the late Debbie Blackshear, Robin Sitzlar, Barbara Berden, and Jackie (Jay) VanderWeel; son of the late Robert Berden and the late Shirley Lawson. Bill was a 1976 graduate of Waterford Kettering High School and retired from GM in 2006 after over 30 years of service. He enjoyed time with his family and friends, golfing; snowmobiling; softball; racquetball; boating; and time at their cabin in Mancelona. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He will be dearly missed by all who loved him.
