age 87, passed on October 19, 2015. Bill is survived by his wife, Emma J. Hardenburg; his sons, Willard J. Hardenburg, III, Craig Whetstone, Carl Whetstone, Robert 'Bob' Hardenburg, Brad Whetstone and daughters; Barbara Sue Hardenburg, Cathy Whetstone and Carrie Beth Hardenburg. 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Also survived by his sister, Jean Scott of Waterford. Bill retired from the Oakland County Drain Commission, Right-of-Way Dept. in 1984 and from the City of Mesa, Arizona in 1995. Bill and Jean spent 27 great years in Mesa and have resided in Lake Orion for the past 4 years.
