Willard "Billy" E. Harroun III, age 58 of Waterford, passed away on Friday, March 8, 2024 at his home. He was born to Willard and Mary Lou (Cowgill) Harroun on March 29, 1965 at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. Billy was a sport enthusiast that enjoyed golf and hunting. He was a huge NASCAR fan who also rode motorcycles and spent time restoring an El Camino. He was a tree trimmer by trade and he spent a lot of time outdoors with his friends. Billy is survived by his two sisters: Micki and Marcy (David) Harroun; brother, Marshal (Mary) Harroun, Sr.; nephews: Harrold (Debbie) Thuesen and Ellis (Mandy) Harroun; niece, Edie (Adrian) Davis; several great and great-great nieces and nephews, and many cousins and friends. A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 14, 2024 from 4-7pm at COATS FUNERAL HOME – CLARKSTON. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to help the children at the Shriners Hospital for Children in honor of Billy.
