NEELY, WANDA JEAN "Granda", of Waterford, passed away June 8, 2020. She was the youngest of 5 siblings, born at the family farm in Mannington, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Osborne and Edna Johns (nee Wilson); beloved wife of Albert Dale Neely for 66 wonderful years; cherished mother of John Neely, Tina (Rod) Fleischmann and Barry Neely; proud grandmother aka Granda of Tracy Fleischmann. Wanda was a strong woman of faith who loved her family, friends, cats, cross stitch, telling stories of her life on the farm and going for long walks. She will be deeply missed by all who know her.
