KOCZWARA, VIRGINIA MARY, of Waterford, passed away Saturday, January 25, 2020 at 86 years of age. Born in North Branch, Michigan on January 5, 1934, daughter to the late John and Teckla Krawczyk. Beloved wife of the late Edward Koczwara, who passed away September 28, 2019 after 67 years of marriage. She is the loving mother of Deborah Pennell, Michael Koczwara and the late Mark (Linda Roubal) Koczwara; dearest grandmother of Ryan and Randy Koczwara. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family. Preceded in death by her siblings Frank, Helen, Gus, Berniece, Irene, Leonard, Edward and Joseph. Virginia worked many years for Hudson Department Store in Pontiac. She was a long time member of Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church in Waterford. Over the years she and Edward enjoyed traveling and dancing their way through life. They traveled the entire world, making their way through all of North America, Europe, Australia and New Zeeland. They were a very social couple, enjoyed playing cards and their many cruises.
