of Florida, formerly of Waterford, passed away October 28, 2015 at 94 years of age. Loving wife of the late Herbert; beloved mother of Carol Hatcher, Marjorie (the late Larry) Hofmeister, and Elizabeth 'Buffy' (David Stallknecth) Howerth; grandmother of 7; great grandmother of 7 with one on the way; preceded in death by 1 grandchild; sister of June Needham; preceded in death by sisters, Irene Cleveland and Laudra Everett. Virginia was a graduate of U of M and retired from the Waterford Schools after 30 years of service at Schoolcraft Elementary. Virginia was a vital life force that loved to travel; she made people laugh and people fell in love with her, as she did with them. She had the kind of wisdom that was magnanimous, and a personality that was loving and inclusive. Virginia was a true 'life guide' for all of us.
