Born on August 23, 1952 in Middletown, Ohio to Virgil and Elsie Martin; loving husband of the late Janet Sue Martin nee Chambers; cherished father of Virgil C. (Michelle) Martin III, Michael (Fiancé Christine) Martin and Devon Martin; dearest grandfather of Phoenix, Gage and Paige. Virgil retired out General Motors.
