VOELKER, VIOLET GLADYS MARY FRANCIS, age 73, of Waterford, formerly of Grand Blanc and Swartz Creek passed away on Thursday, November 23, 2023. She was born on November 11, 1950 in Flint, Michigan to parents Kenneth Wilmot and Mary Elizabeth Turner (nee Smith). Voilet graduated from Grand Blanc High School in 1968. She met the married the father of her two boys Robert, in 1971. In her free time, she enjoyed dancing, airbrushing beautiful paintings, and playing euchre. She always lit up every room she entered and had a larger than life laugh. Voilet is survived by her sons: David of Waterford and Chris of Macomb; grandchildren: Emma and Liz; siblings: Lana, Larry, Al, and Ron. She was preceded in death by both parents, husband Robert, and brother Jay. Services will be held at a later date.
