of White Lake, formerly of Atlanta and Detroit, passed away January 24, 2017 at 87 years of age. Born June 22, 1929 in DuBois, Pennsylvania the son of the late Charles and Mary Barnauskas. Loving husband of the late Eleanor; beloved father of Bob (Marge) Barnauskas, Suzanne (Pete) McClain, Gary (Maribeth) Barnauskas and Tim Barnauskas; he had 12, #1 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; dear brother of Robert (the late Barbara) Barnauskas and the late Charles (Boots) Barnauskas. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family. Vincent retired from the Detroit Police Department in 1989 after 35 years of service. He was a veteran of the U S Army serving in the Korean War. He was a member of the VFW and St. Augustine Church in Hillman and the Knight of Columbus in Atlanta where he served as Grand Knight. He loved playing card and enjoyed all sports most recently chair volleyball.
