CARPENTER, VICTORIA, of Waterford, passed away February 3, 2020 at 65 years of age. Born June 23, 1954 in Detroit, Michigan, loving daughter of the late William and Vera Carpenter; cherished sister of Debra (Larry) Worthley; dearest friend to Diane Doucette and all Caregivers at My Guardian Angel. Victoria had a beautiful spirit and enjoyed puzzles, movies and eating popcorn. She will be dearly missed by the ones who loved her.
