ALLEN, VICTOR of Waterford, passed away February 13, 2023, at 54 years of age. Victor was born on April 2, 1968 in Pontiac, Michigan to loving parents the late Robert Reino and the late Judith Mary Allen (nee Johnson); former husband and friend of Marie Liskey; cherished stepfather of Tracie (Chris) Liskey-Croombs, Chris Liskey(Sara Moore), and Anthony Adams; dearest brother of Reno (Jacqueline) Allen dearest niece Keera Allen and Debbie (Carl) Richards; proud grandfather of Taylor and Ashton Liskey; nephew of Dennis (Jane McKnight) Johnson; survived by his in-laws Barry and Lisa Adams, Shane (Chistine) Hester, former daughter-in-law Ashley Liskey; and dearest Uncle Chuck Walter Victor worked as a mechanic for over 20 years. Later in life, Victor did the maintenance and landscaping for the apartment complex he lived in. In his free time, he loved to fish, travel to his family cabin in the Keweenaw peninsula, and most importantly be with his grandchildren. He was a hard worker and always lent a helping hand to anyone in need.  Victor will be deeply missed by all A celebration of life will be held a later date to be determined
