Troy was a talented athlete and played basketball throughout his life at school and church. He was a very caring person who loved his family and friends. Troy was loved throughout the community, especially by the children who he taught to play basketball. He was full of life and brought happiness and joy to all who knew him. Everyone loved his hair.p
