Devoted wife of the late William 'Bill'; dear mother of Lynn (Bill Rampart) Goulet, Reed (Melissa Casper) Goulet, and Leigh (Chuck) Boughton; grandmother of Dawn (Roger), David (Melissa), Corey, and Sean; great grandmother of Kenny, Mia, Sydney, Roger, and Eden; sister of the late Ardis Wixom. Also survived by her beloved cat, KoKo. Troas was a devoted wife and mother. She enjoyed golfing, reading, camping, and crossword puzzles. Troas was also involved with the Waterford Historical Society.
