FUGATE, TONYA L. (née Shaver) passed away December 27, 2023 at 56 years of age. Loving wife of Andy for 41 years; dear mother of Andy Fugate, Tonya Fugate, Kathy (Mike) Malone, Joshua (Ashley) Fugate, Jonathan Fugate, and the late Stacey Shaver; grandmother of 23; sister of Jodi (J.R.) Sobiecki, Kim (the late Tim) Quisenberry, Scott Hargraves, and Sheri (Bruce) McCallister; preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Judy Hargraves. Tonya worked for Oakland County in the Executive Building for 24 years. She loved playing Bingo and Candy Crush. Time with family barbecueing and playing Jarts was a big favorite and family trips to visit relatives and friends. A wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother who will be always and forever be in our hearts. Funeral service will be Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at 12 PM at COATS FUNERAL HOME-CLARKSTON, (8909 Dixie Hwy). Burial follows at Lakeview Cemetery, Clarkston. Family will receive friends Wednesday 11 AM until time of service.
