of Fostoria formerly of Drayton Plain, went home to be with his Lord, March 3, 2019 at 58 years of age. Born in Pontiac, Michigan the beloved son to the late James and Anita Proctor. Dearest brother of Kenneth (Julie) Proctor, Beverly (Russell) Haney and the late Susan Proctor; loving uncle of Brett Haney, Paige Haney, Kaitlyn Haneyndash;Tanalski, Drew Proctor, Jordan Proctor and Sean Proctor; also survived by 7 great nieces and nephews. Tim was a graduate of Waterford Kettering High School. He was a martial arts specialist in Taekwondo; he studied for over 10 years and continued to practice the martial arts for many more years. He worked as a welder with Ultra Fab and Machine Inc. He was a licensed Ham Radio Operator and enjoyed connecting with people from around the world. Tim was the uncle that the kids piled on top of and wrestled with or just loved playing around in the yard. He will be remembered as a very , kind, and quiet man. His faith and hope was in Jesus Christ, his Lord and Savior.
