HARTMAN, TIMOTHY LAWRENCE, age 73 of Clarkston, passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2023. He was born on August 19, 1949 in Pontiac to the late Lawrence Hartman and Delores (Wheeler) DeMino. A graduate of Clarkston High School, Tim met and wittingly charmed Margaret McLaughlin and on October 27, 1967, they married and the rest is history. Tim retired from GM after 45 years of dedicated service. An outdoorsman, Tim was an avid hunter and fisher. He also enjoyed farming, poker, and building things. Tim is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Margaret Hartman; son, Matt (Treva) Hartman; son-in-law, Todd Godon; grandchildren: Errin Gordon, Ashley Beraty, Trevor Hartman, Daimean Hartman, DaVinci Hartman, and Angelica Hartman; great granddaughters: Madi Hudak and Charlotte Stevens; half-sister, Melanie; and stepmother, Mary Hartman. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Christine Gordon. A funeral service will take place at 1pm on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at COATS FUNERAL HOME – WATERFORD. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 from 4-8pm.
