MENDOZA, THEODORE A. of Waterford, passed away February 27, 2023 at 80 years of age.  Dear husband of Roxanne for 26 years; father of Troy, Stacy, Crystal, and Vanessa; step father of Amy; grandfather of several.  Ted was Born in Pontiac and worked in construction for over 20 years.  He enjoyed fishing, spending time in the woods, and the simple life hanging with his friends.  No services will be held at this time.
