SEVERS, THELMA I., of Auburn Hills, passed away August 23, 2020 at 89 years of age. She was born February 12, 1931 in Pontiac Michigan, daughter to the late Samuel and Bertha Joseph (nee Harrison); Beloved wife of the late James Claude Severs and cherished companion of Marvin Carrick for over 40 years; dear mother of Michael (Anita) Severs and preceded in death by son Larry Severs; proud grandmother of Jennifer, Heather, Julie; great grandmother of Kayla, Brian, Isaac and great great grandmother of Gavin; preceded by many loving brothers and sisters; had many wonderful friendships. Thelma graduated from Pontiac Central High School. She worked and retired from Oakland University at the Bookstore/Giftshop. In her free time, she enjoyed fishing, camping and to travel. Her and her companion Marvin went to Florida every winter. Due to Covid-19 masks are required and 10 people in the chapel at a time.
