(Baker) of Waterford, passed away June 4, 2018 at 85 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Bennie M. Strahan; loving mother of Barbara A. Baker, Yolonda M. (Michael) Daffron, Brenda J. (Rod) Speelman, Betty L. (Andy Dysart) Baker, Beverly J. (Victor) Samaniego and Susan K. (Kevin) Boldrey; proud grandmother of 12, great grandmother of 13 and great great grandmother of 1. Ruth was preceded in death by her husband Bennie, her 5 siblings, son Howard E. Baker, and grandchildren Chelsea L. Speelman and Ryan M. Daffron.
