of Waterford, passed away, Friday June 21, 2019 at 93 years of age. T. was born in Pontiac, Michigan on March 28, 1926. Beloved husband of the late Mary; dearest father of Richard (Janis) Mora and the late Joyce (Gary) Day; dearest Poppy of Tanya (Bryan), Andrea (Josh), Tiffany (Chris) and Gregory (Tabitha); great grandfather of Whitney (Brandon), Justine (Zach), Dalton, Derek, Jarred, Abigail, Ethan, Cailyn and Brody; great great grandfather of Leo and Lucy; Also survived by his sister Pearl, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. Preceded in death by his mother Svera and siblings Alfred, Leo and Amy. T. was a proud veteran of WW II serving with the U. S. Navy as a Platoon Leader. He worked many jobs over the years. Starting with the Michigan State Police and later retiring from Fisher Body in Pontiac. He was also known for his love of videotaping and taking photos of weddings, graduation or any family get together or party. Immediate family will gather for a private service at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly. Memorial donations may be directed to your favorite charity in T's name.
