of Zion, IL, formerly of Bloomfield Hills, passed away November 8, 2018 at 98 years of age. Loving mother of Edward (Colleen) Cook; grandmother of Edward Cook III. Preceded in death by parents Henry and Beatrice (nee Forest) and siblings, Goldie Knott and Myrtle Godfrey. Sylvia was an active wife and mother. Enjoyed time spent at St. Vincent DePaul and social events. In her spare time she enjoyed knitting, sewing, cooking, and caring for her beloved dogs.
